Terms & Conditions for Tours and Excursions

Welcome to the Seve Tours Punta Cana website. The information provided here is intended to inform you about our services and policies. By accessing our website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

  1. Reservation Services

All reservation services are managed by Seve Tours Punta Cana. Rates shown are valid for the date of inquiry and are subject to change. To secure your reservation, payment must be processed and confirmed with a confirmation number.

When making a reservation, you authorize Seve Tours Punta Cana to charge your credit card. By doing so, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Reservation, Payment, and Cancellation Policies. Reservations are subject to availability. Confirmation cannot be issued until full payment is received.

Important: Bring your voucher and a valid photo ID. Verify the information on your booking voucher for accuracy before your trip and inform us of any discrepancies immediately.

  1. Civil Liability Insurance

Our civil liability insurance provides basic coverage for accidents occurring during booked excursions or transfers. This includes limited reimbursement for medical expenses, accidental death, and repatriation. Coverage is facilitated through established insurance providers.

  1. Payment Policies

Seve Tours Punta Cana accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, prepaid cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. By making a reservation, you authorize us to process the charge and confirm that you understand our policies.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Tours and Excursions:

  • No Show: Non-refundable
  • 48-hour notice: Full refund
  • 24-hour notice: 50% refund
  • Less than 24-hour notice: Non-refundable

Airport Transfer Policies:

Reservation Policies:

  • Reservations can only be made via our website: Seve Tours Punta Cana.
  • All passengers must arrive on the same flight. Separate flights require separate bookings.
  • The client must provide accurate booking information. Errors are the client’s responsibility.
  • No refunds for missed transfers due to client error.

Rates Policies:

  • Rates are valid for the inquiry date and are subject to change. Prices listed are final and must be verified on our website.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Airport Transfers:

  • No Show: Non-refundable
  • 48-hour notice: Full refund
  • 24-hour notice: 50% refund
  • Less than 24-hour notice: Non-refundable
  1. No Show Policy

A “no show” occurs when the client fails to arrive for a scheduled transfer without prior notice. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

  1. Private Transfer Policies
  • Confirmation emails will be sent after payment.
  • Vouchers are required to board all services.
  • Ensure that booking information is accurate; errors are the client’s responsibility.
  • If flights arrive early or late, clients must wait for their driver.
  1. Pickup Policies
  • Drivers will wait only 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. No refunds will be issued for late pickups.
  • Any changes to the scheduled pickup time are at the client’s risk.
  1. Child Seats

Child seats are available for a fee; you may also bring your own.

  1. Alcohol and Drug Policies

Seve Tours Punta Cana reserves the right to deny service to individuals who pose a safety risk or are found in possession of illegal drugs. Such individuals may be removed from the vehicle without a refund.
