Automatically after booking you receive the copy of the reservation request and the smartphone ticket in your email. In the ticket you will find all the details, amount paid, amount pending, tour and contact information.
We are constantly observing the weather conditions, and if they do not allow us do the tour that you have booked to take place, we will postpone it to another day that we have availability, without extra charges.
On our page it is always easy to book for someone else. You only need to indicate the person who is going to the activity for the reservation to be made correctly. We can even make a certificate for either the newlyweds or any particular person you want.
Online payment: when using our automated reservation system, all payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe, which also allows secure payments with all major credit or debit cards. Payment in cash or bank transfer upon arrival at the activity, when booking online you can select the option Pay in Cash. We can also customize a partial payment via bank transfer and then you can pay the remaining amount upon arrival.
